Position Overview:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, skilled communicator, and social media enthusiast with a strong understanding of various platforms and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and brand voice.
Create, curate, and manage content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or other platforms, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns, promotions, and paid ads that drive traffic and engagement.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and tools to ensure the company is leveraging the latest best practices.
Plan and manage a content calendar, ensuring regular, relevant posts and stories are scheduled to maximize reach.
Analyze and report on social media campaigns' success and adjust strategies as needed.
Influencer outreach and partnership management as needed to grow brand presence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools.
Strong copywriting and editing skills, with attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate engaging content.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with paid social media campaigns and influencer partnerships is a plus.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a bonus.
